My name is Zach. I’m desparately interested in:
- Reading the Bible on its own terms.
- Knowing God better through what He has done and His character.
- Shaping my life according to what is found in that process.

- …is rather old. I started it the day I turned 19. I’m now approaching 40. The posts up until 2013 are often short, more casual reflections.
- …took a twelve-year break between 2013 and 2025. The old stuff is reflective of who I was at the time.
- …is where I participate in discussion regarding topics related to Christianity; that is, living as a disciple of Jesus Christ in the time and place I do.

- That the ultimate point of this blog, in aggregate, is to share the journey of seeking to know God better and submit to Him fully.
- That I will advocate for truth, especially in seeking the wisdom of the Bible and in representing all relevant facts fairly.
